Günther Stuff works in the fields of corporate tax law and international tax law.

He is a business graduate and tax consultant. After working as department head in the group tax department of Preussag AG, he founded his own law firm in 1993 and is now a tax partner of Herfurth & Partner Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Hanover.

He specialises in international tax law, the structuring of corporate structures, corporate succession advice and inheritance tax. Günther Stuff has extensive experience in advising medium-sized companies and private individuals at home and abroad, primarily in the mechanical engineering, wholesale and retail trade, construction, services, IT, transport and crafts sectors.
